Rabbi Lev is conducting the retreat, which will end Friday, at the invitation of the Chief of Chaplains of the U.S. Army. During the four day sessions, the chaplains from Japan, Okinawa, Hawaii, Korea and the Philippines are participating in prayer, study and discussion of current Jewish issues.
