LONDON (Nov. 12)
The death in Minsk of Nahum Feldman, who became a noted partisan leader during the German occupation of the Russian city, was reported here today from Moscow. Feldman was in the Minsk Ghetto for a short time, and helped to organize the underground there. He then escaped and joined the partisans. Ailing for the last few years, he had lived quietly in Minsk, his native city.
