Secretary of State Dean Rusk is “delighted” with a book about United States foreign aid, entitled “Your Hundred Billion Dollars,” written by Dr. Jacob Rubin, an Israeli journalist based at the United Nations, it was reported here today. In a letter to Chilton Books, publisher of the volume, Mr. Rusk wrote:

“Mr. Rubin’s book is a straightforward, comprehensive account of America’s foreign assistance programs from Lend-Lease and the Marshall Plan through the Alliance for Progress and the Peace Corps. I am delighted that someone has finally put this story together in a single, readable, volume. ‘Your Hundred Billion Dollars’ should prove a useful reference for schools and libraries, and a welcome source book for any American who wants the facts and the figures on what this nation has done for others: why, where an how.”
