Polish Government Contributes 10,000 Zlotys for Jewish Prize

The Polish Ministry of Culture and Arts has given 10,000 zlotys to be used as the first prize in a festival of Jewish amateur theatrical groups which has just been concluded. The town council of Breslau provided 8,000 zlotys for the same purpose.

In addition, the Jewish Cultural and Social Association and other agencies provided smaller grants to be included among the prizes. The winners will be announced after a meeting of a jury headed by H. Buzgan, a member of the Ida Kaminska troupe of Jewish actors.
