A School Board for Jewish Education, with broad powers to coordinate the activities of all its affiliates here, has been formed by the Jewish Welfare Fund of Winnipeg, coordinate to Harold Schwartz, Welfare Fund President. A.L.Simkin has been named chairman of the new board.
