Funeral services were held here today for Dr. Martin B. Dworkis, president of Manhattan Community College, a Jew, who died of a heart attack yesterday at the age of 46. Dr. Dworkis, born and educated in New York, was active in civic as well as educational affairs. He was known as an expert in governmental affairs and as an author on these subjects. He received the Jewish War Veterans Award in 1961.
