Amendments to the declaration on Catholic-Jewish relations, which must be voted on before final balloting on the declaration itself, may be distributed next week to the 2,000 prelates attending the fourth and final session of the Vatican Council here.
Details of the agenda for next week were announced today by Monsignor Pericle Felici, the Council secretary-general. The last item is the Declaration on Relations with non-Christian Religions, which includes the Church position on Jews, with its specific repudiation of the charge of deicide in the crucifixion of Jesus against all Jews, past and present. Due to complicated procedures, it is difficult to set the exact date when the declaration on Jews will come up for a vote, it was indicated.
