Jewish shops in Brussels were found smeared with swastikas today, for the second time in a month. Police arrested a youth, who confessed to having painted several swastikas in the first incident, but said they had not found any clues in the latest smearing.

A representative of King Baudouin, five Belgian Ministers and members of the diplomatic corps were among the participants today in the 21st national pilgrimage to the fortress of Breendock, one of the worst concentration camps during the Nazi occupation of Belgium, which later was designated as a National Memorial. Catholic, Protestant and Jewish religious ceremonies were held in connection with the pilgrimage.
