Nine ultra-Orthodox Jews were arrested here yesterday after they had stoned postal workers making emergency repairs on the Sabbath. A spokesman for the police said that the workers had been digging in the downtown section of the city in order to gain access to faulty communication lines. The repairs had been authorized by the Government.
