The Dutch Government today requested West Germany to extradite Dr. Hans Fischboek, the Nazi director-general of finance and economy in Holland during World War II. He is accused of having plundered Jewish properties in the Netherlands during the war and of having organized the deportation of Dutch Jews to concentration camps. Dr. Fischboek, now 70, was traced to Essen, Germany.
Meanwhile the Dutch Ministry of Justice announced that it will furnish to West Germany evidence against three Nazis arrested in Munich, charged with complicity in the deportation of 100, 000 Dutch Jews to death camps. The men are former SS General Wil-helm Harster, accused of complicity in the murder of 83,000 Jews and the deportation of many others, including Anne Frank; and William Zoepf and Gertrud Slotke, suspected of complicity in 94,328 murders.
