More than $300, 000 was raised here today toward the $116,685, 000 national goal of the United Jewish Appeal, at a luncheon and fashion show sponsored by the Women’s Division of the UJA of Greater New York. Guest of honor at the luncheon was the wife of New York’s Mayor, Mrs. John V. Lindsay, who was presented with a silver-bound copy of the Bible.
