A special stamp will be issued here in July, in honor of the visit of Israel’s President Zalman Shazar, it was announced here today by the Ministry of Posts. Mr. Shazar is to visit Uruguay as part of his tour of several Latin American countries. The stamp, the Ministry stated, will bear an engraved portrait of President Shazar.
