The Chevalier of the National Order of Merit has been bestowed by the French Government on F. Schrager of the ORT organization in France. He was given the award on recommendation of the French Social Affairs Ministry in special recognition of his accomplishments as director general of ORT in France in the integration of immigrants and repatriates.
