144 Jewish Immigrants from South American Lands Arrive in Israel

The Zim liner Jerusalem docked here last night after a trip from Rio de Janeiro, bringing 144 Jewish immigrants from Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Among the newcomers were 30 young people bound for permanent settlement in kibbutzim, and several elderly Jews who will join their children.
