Julius Haber, well-known Zionist journalist and author, died here this weekend at the age of 78. Born in Austria, he came to the United States at the age of 15. He was a member of the Zionist Organization of America since 1904, serving on the ZOA executive board from 1922 to 1928, a founder of the Kadimah Society, and a close associate for years of the late Louis Lipsky, president of the ZOA. Among his writings was “The Odyssey of an American Zionist,” and various biographical works. He was a prolific contributor to the Anglo-Jewish press.
