A new call for Senate ratification of United Nations Conventions on Human Rights, not yet ratified by the United States, was made here by Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey at a Chanukah service yesterday at Adas Israel Synagogue. The “Human Rights Day” program, attended by high-ranking Government officials and foreign diplomats, marked the 18th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights by the United Nations General Assembly.
