President Names Three Jewish Jurists to Federal Bench

President Johnson has nominated Prof. Jack B. Weinstein, of New York, and Justice Myron L. Gordon, of Madison, Wise., to fill vacancies in the Federal District Courts of New York and Wisconsin. He has also designated Milton D. Korman, an instructor at Southeastern University, as an associate justice of the District of Columbia Court of General Sessions.

Prof. Weinstein was named to the bench in the Eastern District of New York. Justice Gordon, a member of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, will serve as Federal judge for eastern Wisconsin.
