Foreign Minister Abba Eban of Israel arrived here by air today to meet with Prime Minister Harold Wilson, Foreign Secretary George Brown, George Thomson, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and other British officials. Mr. Eban will also address a dinner here launching the annual campaign of the Joint Palestine Appeal.

The Israeli Foreign Minister said on his arrival here that subject slated for discussion included Israel’s frontier problems, the integration of Israel into the European Economic Community and the improvement of the trade balance between the two nations, particularly since Israel was Britain’s largest customer in the Middle East.
