General Oscar Gestide, president of Uruguay, announced here that he has accepted an invitation to address the fifth annual conference of Latin American Jewish Communities to be convened in this city. The conference is being organized jointly by the World Jewish Congress and the World Zionist Organization, and will honor Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of both organizations.
