The strife-torn German National Democratic Party, an organization embracing many extremist, neo-Nazi groupings in West Germany, captured seven percent of the vote in balloting for the Lower Saxony State Legislature Sunday and won ten seats in the chamber. The party’s strong showing made it the third largest party in Lower Saxony, displacing the Free Democratic Party. The neo-Nazi organization now has representatives in six of the ten state legislatures in West Germany.
