The Jewish Board of Deputies has complained publicly against anti-Semitic manifestations that have developed in the state high schools in this city. “Certain action.” has been taken, it was announced by the Board, “which it is confidently expected, will result in the disbanding of this movement.”

According to the Board, several anti-Semitic incidents took place here last month. “A small but expanding movement of students of boys high schools,” the Board declared, “has been established which seems to be based on the Hitler youth movement. This is being watched very closely.”
