Mrs. Francoise Jordan, wife of Colin Jordan, the head of the British National Socialist movement, was held for trial here today in the Central Criminal Court on charges that she had incited and conspired with members of the movement to set fire to a London synagogue. Prosecutor John Wood told the Court Mrs. Jordan had held “an influential position” in the movement at the time her husband had stated publicly that he would like to see Parliament enact a law providing for “the burning of all synagogues.”
