Lord and Lady Balfour, nephew and niece of the late Lord Arthur Balfour, were guests at celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration held here today under the auspices of the American Friends of the Hebrew University. Yissakhar ben Yaacov, Israel’s Consul-General in Philadelphia, presented the couple with a cover of the Balfour and Weizmann stamps just issued by the Israel Philatelic Service.
