Romney Discusses Arab-israeli Issue with Kosygin; Percy Asks Soviet Aid for Refugees

Gov. George Romney of Michigan discussed today the Arab-Israeli issue with Soviet Premier Alexei Kosygin as one of the main topics in a two-hour conversation in Moscow, it was reported here today from Moscow. Gov. Romney is a candidate for the Republican nomination for president in 1968. He is currently on a tour of European countries.
