Rabbi Joseph A. Fine of this city joined with six Protestant ministers and five prelates of the Eastern Orthodox Church at the consecration here of Msgr. Mark J. Harley as auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Church of San Francisco. The ceremony was the first of its kind in which other than Roman Catholic clergymen participated. Bishop Harley expressed the hope that it would symbolize “the one-ness of the human family.”
