The Netherlands delegation to the United Nations was urged today to intervene at the world body for action on behalf of Jews imprisoned and persecuted in Arab countries since last June’s Arab-Israeli war. The appeal was made to Foreign Minister Dr. Joseph Luns, by the Executive of WIZO, the Women’s Zionist Organization in the Netherlands, on behalf of its 2,300 members.
