The Jose Garcia Cranados award for outstanding service in strengthening the ties of friendship between Israel and Latin America, was presented here last night to Prof. Oscar Secco Allau, former Foreign Minister of Uruguay. The presentation was made by Yaacov Tzur, president of the Jewish National Fund.
