Czechoslovakia’s new Foreign Minister, Dr. Jiri Hajek, indicated in a broadcast from Prague that Czechoslovak-Israeli relations remained “an open problem.” Czechoslovakia broke off relations with Israel last June after the start of the Arab-Israeli war.
