Gen. Yitzhak Rabin, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, will join Israel Defense Minister Gen. Moshe Dayan in appearances at the annual conference of the National United Jewish Appeal at the New York Hilton, to be held Dec. 12-15. Both will address banquets. Mr. Rabin will speak Dec. 12 and Dayan on Dec. 14. The latter event had been erroneously reported last week as Dec. 4.
