Gen. Yitzhak Rabin, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, left today for Montevideo on his tour of South American countries after a series of public appearances here which included an address on Israel’s security problems before a large crowd at the Hebraica Club. He attracted widespread press attention with a report on the talks last week between Israel Foreign Minister Abba Eban and President Nixon in Washington.
