The Department of Agriculture yesterday announced that $1.3 million worth of wheat or flour will be shipped to Jordan under the Food for Peace Program. This amounts to about 735,000 bushels of wheat or wheat flour. The sum of $200,000 was designated to cover ocean transportation costs for delivery to the port of Aqaba.
