Foreign Minister Abba Eban has met separately with the British and United States Ambassadors to Israel to discuss Middle East problems. Mr. Eban met with British Ambassador John Barnes on Monday and American Ambassador Walworth Barbour yesterday. The ambassadors asked for the meetings to clarify Israel’s position in connection with recent Mideast developments.
