Libya’s new Premier, 34-year-old Dr. Haamoud el-Naghrabi, is a Palestinian by birth who was educated in Syria and the United States, it was learned here today. The new leader of the government which deposed King Idris was once jailed and deprived of his Libyan nationality because he led petroleum workers in a demand for higher wages.
