The ultra right-wing National Democratic Party (NPD) may have found a site for its upcoming national party congress. But it’s not saying where, for fear that the permit may be withdrawn.

The NPD, which has been accused of espousing neo-Nazi policies, was recently refused permission to hold its congress at Saarbruecken and in other West German cities. Some circles say it plans to convene at Wertheim on Feb. 14-15.
