Katriel Katz, chairman of Yad Vashem, the Martyrs and Heroes Remembrance Authority in Jerusalem, arrives here Thursday to speak on area campuses on the lessons to be learned from the Holocaust. Mr. Katz, whose visit is sponsored by the World Federation of Underground Fighters was formerly Israeli ambassador to Poland and the Soviet Union. He has also served as Chief Secretary of the Israel government and as Consul General here. His campus agenda is under the auspices of the American Zionist Youth Foundation.
