A conference on Soviet Jewry attended by more than 100 Jewish and non-Jewish public figures and representatives of public groups agreed here yesterday to establish in Switzerland a permanent Committee for Soviet Jewry. The Geneva Rabbinate, Bruno Pitterman, chairman of the Socialist International and Albert Cohen, a noted writer, participated.
