Gen. Odd Bull, the Swedish officer who serves as Chief of Staff of the United Nations Emergency Force In the Middle East, has submitted his resignation, according to Jordanian sources. A UN spokesman declined official comment. Gen. Bull was reported last month to have returned to Sweden for vacation.
