The Board of Directors of Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M., have declared an interim dividend of 7 percent, less income tax, payable October 7, 1970 to holders of record as of September 13,1970, it was announced here today. Gross dividends for 1969 totalled 15 percent, consisting of an interim dividend of 6 percent and a final dividend of 9 percent. The current interim dividend does not reflect an increase over the previous year, but is a step to even out the disparity between interim and final dividends.
