A temporary injunction barring the Jewish Defense League from staging disruptive acts at the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of Greater New York offices was made permanent by State Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Spiegel. He also dismissed a $1 million suit by the JDL which had charged the Federation with using “deceptive representation” in soliciting funds.
