Deputy Premier Yigal Allon and Foreign Minister Abba Eban may hold talks with United States officials in Washington before President Nixon’s trip to Moscow in May. Allon is scheduled to address the annual convention of the National Academy of Education, which will devote one day of its three-day meeting in early May to Israeli education. Eban has been invited to attend the 20th anniversary convention in April of the America-Israel Public Affairs Committee, the lobby founded during his service as ambassador to the US. Allon is the current and Eban a former Education Minister.
