The first delegation of the Czechoslovakian Communist Party to visit Israel since the Six-Day War arrived here last night to attend the convention of the pro-Moscow “Rakach” Communist Party of Israel. The two-man delegation is composed of Euzen Erban and Waslaw Yumer, both members of the Czech Party’s Central Committee.

The convention, opening Wednesday, will host delegates representing the Communist Parties of the Soviet Union, Poland, Hungary and East Germany. There was no delegation, however, from Rumania, the only Warsaw Pact nation that maintains diplomatic relations with Israel.
