For the first time in the relationship between the Gaza Strip civilian administration and the Israeli military government, a local authority has officially condemned terrorist acts. At a municipal meeting this weekend in Khan Yunis to which sheiks and other Strip notables were invited, a unanimous resolution condemned the hand-grenade incident that injured three local workers.
