Arye Dulzin, acting chairman of the World Zionist Executive, said that it appears the $5 million needed to operate the Conference of Jewish Organizations (COJO) Education Fund will be received sooner than expected. He spoke to the central committee of COJO’s national board for Jewish education, which convened here this week.

Yehuda Hellman, general secretary of COJO, said American and Canadian members of the Executive will meet in New York next month and that Dultzin will present an additional progress report on the fund. Moshe Krone, chairman of the WZO’s department for religious education, was elected acting chairman of the central committee. Mrs. Charlotte Jacobson, chairman of the American Section of the WZO, is acting chairman of COJO. Both posts were held by the late Louis A. Pincus.
