“You Jews are doing the same thing you did in Germany. You are going to have the American people against you,” Issa Nahklep, UN observer for the Palestinian Arab delegation, said here today in response to a correspondent who asked him to comment on the nomination of Dr. Henry A. Kissinger as the new Secretary of State. Pressed to explain his feelings, Nahklep said angrily: “What do you want me to say? He is a Jew and a Zionist.”
