Israel Aaron Maisels Q.C. eminent South African barrister and Jewish communal leader, has been appointed,Judge-President of the Lesotho Appeal Court. He remains a Judge of the Court of Appeals for Botswana and Swaziland. A former president of the SA. Jewish Board of Deputies and former chairman of the S.A. Zionist Federation, he is honorary president of the Israel United Appeal and a member of the Jewish Agency Board of Governors.
