Victor Polsky of Moscow, a leading Soviet Jewish activist, has just received permission to leave the Soviet Union and is expected to depart within a week, the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry said today. The approval marked the end of a four-year struggle by the physicist to emigrate .Polsky was recently tried on charges of reckless driving and was convicted but not Jailed. He was fined 100.a fine regarded as an indication of Soviet yielding to intense Western pressure.
