Three Terrorists Killed

Three Arab terrorists, who were planning to capture hostages in Israel, were killed Friday by an Israeli army patrol in a clash near Metullah. One Israeli soldier was injured. Army officials said the terrorists, all about 20 years old, had rifles and ammunition, several anti-tank rockets, a large quantity of explosives, and a package of leaflets in Hebrew, Arabic and English in which the terrorists said they were holding hostages until a number of imprisoned terrorists were released. The three dead terrorists belonged to the Iraqi-supported Popular Struggle Front.

Meanwhile, eight Arabs remained in police custody today out of 24 arrested Friday morning following an explosion in Azor village east of Jaffa, Several windows were smashed in an apartment house but there were no casualties.
