Uri Berkovsky of Novosibirsk, who was serving a two-year prison term on charges of speculation and keeping weapons, was released from prison as part of an amnesty celebrating the 30th anniversary of the end of World War II, the National Conference on Soviet Jewry reported here today. Berkovsky served a year of his sentence.
