Israel occupies the 18th and 20th place on the list with 373 tickets for 1974 accumulated by the car which carries the plate number 933-DPL, and 361 tickets by the car having license plate number 667-DPL. On the top of the list is Uganda, with 1700 tickets for three cars in use by the Ugandan Mission to the UN.
