The United Nations General Assembly’s resolution equating Zionism with racism was overwhelmingly condemned at the annual conference of the United Nations Association of Great Britain, held in Cambridge. The conference also urged the Palestine Liberation Organization to recognize Israel which, in turn, should accept PLO representation in peace negotiations.
